Effective At Time Of Agreement


1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By hiring Grass Ninjas Landscaping (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms outline the rights, obligations, and limitations of both parties.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide professional landscaping services, including but not limited to:

  • Lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming)
  • Landscape design and installation
  • Mulching and seasonal cleanups
  • Shrub and tree trimming
  • Hardscaping
  • Other related services as agreed upon

3. SERVICE AREA

We operate within Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter Island, and Port Salerno. Services requested outside this area may be subject to additional fees.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
  • We only accept credit card payments. We will have it set up as a recurring charge.
  • A deposit may be required for large projects.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services.
  • Cancellations without adequate notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
  • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule services at our earliest availability.

6. ACCESS & PREPARATION

  • Clients must ensure access to the property during scheduled service times. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, pets in the yard), a rescheduling fee of $15 may be charged for the visit.
  • Clients must remove any obstacles, such as toys, furniture, or pet waste, before service. Failure to do so may result in a service fee of $20.

7. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • We take precautions to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or any unmarked hazards.
  • If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will assess and repair in accordance with our insurance provider.
  • We are not responsible for plant damage due to extreme weather, pests, disease, or acts of nature.

8. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT USAGE

  • Our team uses electric and battery-operated equipment to minimize noise.
  • Clients agree not to interfere with operations or approach equipment during service.
  • Pets and children should be kept indoors or away from service areas during work.

9. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

  • Plant installations are subject to a limited warranty of 90 days if proper maintenance is followed.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes affected by weather, soil conditions, or customer neglect.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client is non-compliant with these terms, engages in hostile behavior, or fails to make timely payments.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, supply shortages, government restrictions, war, or invasion.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes must first be addressed in writing within 5 days of the service date.
  • If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
  • Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida and resolved in courts within Palm Beach and Martin County.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

14. AGREEMENT

By scheduling services with Grass Ninjas Landscaping, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
